PitBull and Other Pet Insurance Providers

There are three primary areas of insurance PitBull and other pet owners look for. These are home owners and renters insurance, liability insurance, and health insurance. When it comes to home owners and renters insurance and liability insurance many providers are very discriminatory in who they will allow their services to be provided to. This is especially true where Breed Specific Legislation ( BSL ) is in effect. Many of these service providers will not provide insurance to the American PitBull Terrier ( APBT ) or other medium to large breed dog owners. If you have suffered from such discrimination we would like to suggest that you contact your local Insurance Commissioners and let them know the troubles you are having. Health insurance providers face a standard level of risk for the most part and are therefore not so much concerned about breed.

Gathering information on Insurance providers has proven to be quite challenging.
